Welcome to my humble blog. A place where you will find my top tips for making natural skin care treats and transforming your bathroom into a spa. There’s nothing I love more than experimenting with all what the nature has to offer. I often find myself tiptoeing barefoot to the kitchen early in the morning to browse through the fridge and cupboards just to see what can I create today.

You may ask, why go through all the trouble when you can buy so many wonderful products. But to me it’s all about creating something and seeing the results. It’s also about sharing my creative side with you. I love creating a beautiful space where everyone can find something useful; be it a simple face mask or a cold remedy.

You may also think it takes too much time messing about, measuring, pouring, melting, whisking… But the time spent experimenting is my best time of the day. And that’s why I want to share it with you and everyone else. So that you already have a formula developed, tested and approved.

I always loved homemade skin care treats. I get if from my mum who is a laboratorista back in my homeland. She spends her days surrounded by chemical components, therefore it’s important to her and her colleagues to have a healthier lifestyle outside the lab. They often share natural treatment recipes between them to fix illnesses or skin problems. Growing up in this environment I was bound to develop an interest in natural and homemade remedies. Every time I go home, I find a pile of health magazines and books waiting for me.

I attended several natural skin care courses in London where I had the time of my life. I learnt so much about oils, butters and other ingredients used in natural skin care. I also learnt how to make creams, moisturisers, serums, and balms professionally. During my studies I also came to appreciate how lucky I am to live in London. The girls flew to the courses from all over the world!

Till this day I still make my own skin care goodies for myself and sometimes for my friends. From time to time I buy products from the brands I trusts, just so I know what’s happening in the industry.

I hope you love the blog and find lots of useful information here. Don’t forget to download my free eBook with my top 3 spa-like clay face masks, carefully chosen to nourish and revitalise your skin, and transform your bathroom into a luxury escape.

During my free time I write articles and share my recipes in my own language for a Lithuanian magazine Londoniete (Londoner). The magazine is for Lithuanians living in the UK.

I also love travelling, seeing new places and taking photos. Have a look at my Little Trot blog and see the pictures from my travels.
